As Consultant Executive Producer in 2017, I provided strategic producing insight and organisational guidance during a period of transition and growth at Shakespeare’s Globe, strengthening the structure and language of the producing model, supporting leadership as new roles and responsibilities emerged, and acting as a trusted creative sounding board throughout.
My work encompassed best-practice approaches for developing new work, producing and organisational strategy, leadership transition and executive support.
