A flexible, scalable approach, shaped to each project's needs. Whether it's a single day when a specific piece of work needs attention, ad hoc targeted support, or longer-term involvement across multi-year programmes, the approach adapts to the rhythm, capacity and ambitions of your organisation.
An initial no-cost consultation of up to an hour comes first. A chance to explore the context of your work, understand what you're aiming to achieve, and identify where specialist expertise can strengthen or unlock your next steps. From there, we agree on clear aims and objectives, along with a rate that reflects the scale, duration, and nature of the project.

My experience spans the commercial and charitable sectors, as well as local and national government and public sector bodies. No. Whilst the majority of my experience comes from the subsidised theatre and performing arts sector, I also work across the creative industries and into the commercial sector.
