As Cultural Consultant, I worked with the Artistic Director to develop a new national platform for contemporary opera in Australia, providing senior support across the Lab’s vision, mission and structure, with a commitment to under‑represented voices embedded throughout.
My approach combined a robust financial framework, a clear model for the incubation of new work, purposeful organisational structural design, and systems for evaluation and key milestones that ensured the Lab launched in 2025 with clarity, rigour and long‑term sustainability.
