Mentoring

I have mentored artists, producers and cultural leaders, offering creative, strategic and developmental guidance.

I facilitate away days and strategic sessions, helping organisations and teams think collaboratively, imaginatively and with clarity of purpose.

Sector Development and Governance

My sector development work includes extensive governance experience across major cultural organisations and I am Vice‑Chair of Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse.

“Laura worked with us in 2021 as a Visiting Professor, with a special remit to design the curriculum and assessment framework for the new R&D Labs module on the BA (Hons) Performance and Creative Enterprise (PACE). Laura brought a thoughtful, sensitive and deeply collaborative approach to a period of profound transition within the PACE programme. Her unique insight and depth of expertise were invaluable to both Guildhall and to the students she worked with. Her perspective as an independent practitioner with high-level experience working with a range of creative organisations and artists ensured that the resulting module was authentic, rigorous and perfectly balanced academic standards with professional realities.”
